At Creative Lighting Beauty, we value your satisfaction. To ensure a transparent and efficient process, please review our guidelines for returns and refunds below.

1. Return Period and Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return request.

To be eligible for a full refund, please note the following:

  • Acceptance of Delivery: You must first accept the delivery of your products. Refunds can only be processed once items are returned to our designated address, which requires initial acceptance. Refusing delivery at the doorstep does not qualify for a refund.

  • Item Condition: Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at creativelightingbeauty@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal Care Goods: Such as beauty products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Safety Hazards: Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift Cards.


5. Exchanges and Refunds

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different model, simply email us at creativelightingbeauty@gmail.com. We are happy to help you find the right fit for your needs.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
